With a high volume of custom websites moving through a seven-person design team, we needed a unified standards for design practices, and a faster way to handle tedious production labor. Information and processes were decentralized, slowing down cross-departmental workflows.

Execution & AI Integration

Centralized Knowledge Hub
Built a comprehensive Design Resource Library using Gemini Notebooks. This acts as a central hub where anyone at ParentSquare can find processes, reference outside sources, get immediate answers, and generate custom enhancement code on the fly.

Custom Tooling
Developed custom web-based AI utility tools—including a color contrast checker, color palette generator, font identifier, and copy generation tools—to automate repetitive tasks.
